We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimise resources to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Management - Develop and adjust schedules to maximise efficiency and meet production goals.
• Quality Assurance - Ensure all products meet required standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues.
• Health & Safety Compliance - Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing health and safety regulations and promoting best practices.
• Team Leadership & Development - Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance skills and overall performance.
• Process Improvement - Identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and drive efficiency within the manufacturing process.
• Workforce Management - Oversee scheduling, manage absences, and ensure effective allocation of labour and resources.
• Communication & Reporting - Maintain clear communication between departments, provide regular updates, and report key performance metrics.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hours: 37 Hours per week 06:15am - 16:00pm
