Join Physitrack and Help Shape the Future of Health & Wellbeing Tech

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and work closely with our Head of Product, Patrycja, across our two core platforms:

  • Physitrack - an ecosystem of applications designed for physiotherapists and their patients.
  • Champion Health - an employee wellbeing platform designed to support workplace health and performance.

Operating within a Marty Cagan-inspired Product Operating Model , you’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and key stakeholders to drive meaningful solutions that truly address customer needs.

We value empathy and user understanding --someone who digs deep into pain points and is passionate about delivering solutions that genuinely improve lives. While experience in healthcare or wellbeing SaaS is a plus, we’re looking for a product leader eager to learn and navigate the unique challenges of these industries.

Your Responsibilities

Roadmap & Strategy - Work alongside fellow Product Managers and the Head of Product to shape strategy, taking full ownership of your workstreams and their associated roadmaps.

End-to-End Product Lifecycle - Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring delivery of high-quality features that drive meaningful outcomes.

Requirements & Solution Design - Translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions for web and mobile applications by defining clear product requirements and functional specifications.

Customer & Market Research - Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Data-Driven Decision Making - Gather and analyze product data, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously refine and prioritize features.

Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and CX teams to ensure seamless execution, acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Industry Awareness - Stay on top of emerging technologies, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain our market-leading position.

What We 're Looking For

  • Proven experience in product management (minimum 3 years) within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with leading Product Management frameworks , including Agile, Continuous Discovery, Product Operating Models, and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD).
  • A strong grasp of Product Discovery and Delivery Principles.
  • Understanding of UX design principles for web and mobile applications.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Empathy and user-first thinking --you care deeply about solving real problems for real people.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with experience working cross-functionally.
  • A track record of successfully launching impactful products and driving measurable business results.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering outcomes, not just outputs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment , balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience in Healthtech or Wellness Tech is a strong plus.

  • Salary - Up to € 5000 per month.
  • Best-in-Class Product Practices - We follow industry-leading methodologies, including Product Operating Models, Opportunity - Solution Trees, Design Sprints, Agile, and more.
