Window Cleaning Warehouse is the UK’s leading supplier of window cleaning equipment. While we provide a professional and reliable service, we’ve never taken ourselves too seriously. That’s why we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to inject personality into our brand and bring our online community to life with humour, engagement, and creativity.

What You’ll Do

• Take full creative control of our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and industry forums.
• Build a brand personality that resonates with UK window cleaners–think tongue-in-cheek, relatable, and engaging content.
• Respond to comments, engage in conversations, and actively interact with our audience.
• Develop and post content as often as needed (no strict content calendar yet).
• Work alongside the marketing manager while enjoying plenty of creative freedom.
• Create high-quality visual and video content (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera --whether it’s making memes, filming product demos, or jumping in on trends.
• Support customer inquiries when possible, alongside our customer service team.

What We 're Looking For

A social media enthusiast who understands how to create fun, engaging content while keeping things professional. Experience in content creation --Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. A natural communicator who enjoys chatting with customers and building relationships. Someone who’s comfortable in front of the camera and has a great sense of humour. A self-starter who thrives with creative freedom and can take initiative.

Nice to Have

Experience with video editing and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks). Knowledge of window cleaning forums or other niche communities. Prior experience in customer engagement and community building.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
