Junior Sous Chef - Full Time, 5 days over 7, possibly 4 days over 7. Flexible working schedule. This role would suit a strong Chef De Partie, with a strong knowledge of grill and sauce, also with experience of managing team members.

Ideal candidate must be a fun loving go getter, that works well under pressure. Plenty of room for progression and input in the menu and become part of the family team.

You will receive training , gratuities and meals on duty.

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
