We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to join our team. As a Music Teacher, you will have the opportunity to share your love for music with students of all ages and skill levels. Your role will involve providing music instruction, guiding students in their musical journey, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Duties

• Develop and implement music lesson plans based on students’ needs and goals
• Teach students how to read sheet music, play instruments, and understand musical concepts
• Provide individual and group instruction in various musical styles and genres
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, and competitions
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate music programs and events
• Maintain a safe and organized music classroom

Requirements

• Experience working with children or teaching/tutoring experience
• Knowledge of special education techniques is a plus
• Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage students
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week

• Monday to Friday
