Berehill House located in Whitchurch, is a substantial historical property, constructed around the end of the 19th Century, offering Residential care up to 24 residents within the main building and a further 11 in the new built extension. The main home retains many original features in particular its spectacular old-English styled dining room. Extending over three floors, all the bedrooms are light and airy with predominately en-suite facilities. The bedrooms in the new extension could be described as modern and luxurious again with en-suite facilities and some having their own private patio area.

Requirements

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Ensure residents rooms are cleaned to the highest standard.
  • Clean all communal areas on a regular.
  • Cleaning of all sanitary ware in residents rooms using the chemicals supplied.
  • Clean all hard floors, taking care to leave them in a safe condition and use warning signs as appropriate.
  • To ensure that all chemicals are used in a way stipulated in the COSHH data sheets and that no chemicals other than those supplied by the Company are used at any time.
  • To ensure that all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used at all times when completing cleaning tasks.
