Berehill House located in Whitchurch, is a substantial historical property, constructed around the end of the 19th Century, offering Residential care up to 24 residents within the main building and a further 11 in the new built extension. The main home retains many original features in particular its spectacular old-English styled dining room. Extending over three floors, all the bedrooms are light and airy with predominately en-suite facilities. The bedrooms in the new extension could be described as modern and luxurious again with en-suite facilities and some having their own private patio area.

Requirements
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals, providing for special dietary requirements and taking into account the preferences and cultures of residents.
- Liaise with the Head Chef to plan menus.
- Maintain accurate records of food supplies and freezer/fridge temperatures.
- Ensure stock rotation.
- Order stock and check deliveries against all delivery notes and in line with the Food Safety System in place.
- Supervise and instruct Kitchen colleagues in the use of all equipment and hygiene procedures.
- Ensure statutory Health & Safety standards are followed in the kitchen and dining areas.
