We are seeking a dependable and professional Office Administrator/Receptionist within minimum 3 years office administration experience to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and requires someone who thrives in a structured environment and values teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls with a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Perform general office administration duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Manage scheduling, meeting preparations, and internal communications.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Requirements:
- Professionalism: Display a mature and respectful attitude toward office rules, procedures, and colleagues.
- Telephone Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette is essential, as there is no in-person client interaction in this role.
- Dependability: Reliability and a “can-do” attitude are must-haves for this position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
