A pioneering organisation in digital health is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product strategy and development, with the potential to become a co-founder. Using advanced neuroscience, AI-generated music therapy, and brainwave technology, the organisation is developing innovative solutions to support mental well-being. The role will involve shaping the product vision, leading development, and ensuring the successful launch of a consumer mobile app designed to improve mental health.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, aligning with the organisation’s mission and market approach
• Lead the end-to-end development of a consumer mobile app, ensuring a user-centred and customer-focused approach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and clinical experts, to integrate neuroscience and AI into digital health solutions
• Prioritise and innovate features that enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction
• Conduct user research and analyse market trends to stay ahead of industry developments and competitors
• Build and manage a high-performing product team that embraces adaptability, collaboration, and innovation

RequirementsEssential:

• At least 8 years of experience in product management for consumer mobile apps, with a proven track record of taking apps from concept to launch
• Experience in B2C product development, ideally in health tech, wellness, or digital therapeutics
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing the full product lifecycle
• Expertise in user-centred design, with a deep understanding of consumer engagement and retention strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn vision into action

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience as a key product leader in a fast-growing startup or previous founder experience
• Background in health technology, digital health, neuroscience, or mental wellness

Nice to Have:

• Experience in user growth strategies, engagement optimisation, and retention for mobile apps
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a startup mindset
