As a Marketing Executive , you will play a key role in supporting our marketing function, working closely with the Content, Events, and Digital Managers. You will contribute to the execution of integrated global marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive brand awareness, generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and enhance revenue opportunities. Your role will focus on content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring all materials align with our brand guidelines and effectively support our company’s positioning and visual identity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with Content, Events, and Digital Managers to execute multi-channel, data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Develop content in various formats for email, social media, direct mail, events, and digital platforms.
  • Assist in the creation of video and photo content to support marketing activities.
  • Drive engagement through website updates, social media, and analytics monitoring.
  • Support the planning and execution of global events.
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and agencies.
  • Advocate for marketing strategies across the company.
  • Utilize and manage approved photo libraries, lexicons, and editorial guidelines for all internal and external communications.
  • Administer the marketing budget, including raising POs and managing invoices.
  • Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by Content, Events, and Digital Managers.

The essentials:

  • Experience in content creation and asset development in various formats.
  • Strong social media knowledge and engagement skills.
  • Interest or experience in video production and post-production.
  • Understanding of event planning and execution.
  • Previous marketing experience, ideally within a technical product/service B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to optimize content distribution through automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Experience managing third-party agencies and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
  • A degree in Marketing or Science would be desirable.
