Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily store operations and work to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Analyse sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience in driving sales and meeting KPI’s.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and create strategic plans.
