In this role, you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers in finding the perfect products to enhance their cooking adventures. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a retail environment and have a love for all things culinary.

This is a part-time, 12hrs/week position.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries and product selections.
• Provide expert knowledge on our range of kitchenware and cookware.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment.
• Process sales transactions efficiently while managing customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in product training and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions.

A Day in the Life:

As a Sales Advisor, each day will bring new opportunities to interact with customers and share your passion for cooking. You will engage with customers, help them discover the right products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• A genuine passion for kitchenware and cooking.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and assist colleagues as needed.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are desirable.
