We are recruiting for an Affiliate Salesforce Senior Consultant for a 3-6 month contract to start early April.

On-site presence required in Oxford 2 days per week.

What you’ll bring to the table:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Write clear and comprehensive user stories to support development.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment.
• Oversee and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience and certifications in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and technical understanding.
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive outcomes.
