We are recruiting for an Affiliate Salesforce Technical Lead for a 3-6 month contract to start early April.

On-site presence required in Oxford 2 days per week.

What you’ll bring to the table:

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive technical design for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Produce high-level and low-level solution and technical design documentation.
• Guide and mentor technical teams, providing strong leadership and direction.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders in clear, simple terms.
• Lead and contribute to key meetings, demonstrating technical leadership and gravitas.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience and certifications in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in CCaaS implementations.
• Experience with CPQ/RLM , MuleSoft , and Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Background in development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
