As a growth focused Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our growing international product function, spearheading growth by crafting insights and strategic initiatives through the analysis of product and customer data. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the launch of new products and driving excellence and continuous improvement in our existing offerings. Through meaningful data-driven strategies, you will contribute to the achievement of both substantial and profitable growth. Your collaboration with stakeholders across business units will be pivotal, ensuring effective communication with production, managerial, and executive teams.

What you’ll do
- Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements, maintaining detailed documentation.
- Analyse product and platform performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within and across departments.
- Gather feedback from customer-facing teams, analyse customer experience data, and recommend improvements.
- Perform thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development for optimal efficiency.
- Determine and develop user requirements to ensure maximum usability of systems in production.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and conduct competitor analysis for differentiation.
- Collaborate with data management teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand changes’ impact and develop change management strategies.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks related to systems, processes, or projects and develop mitigation strategies.
This might describe you
- Data Analysis or Business Analytics Certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of database concepts and the ability to query databases for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and the ability to perform statistical analysis for data interpretation.
- Strong critical thinking skills to analyse sophisticated business processes and data sets.
- Meticulous attention to detail when collecting, analysing, and presenting data.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyse root causes, and propose.
Required:
- Experience in a regulated industry with awareness of compliance requirements.
- Proven analytical abilities and experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Ability to draft and deliver high-level communications, including executive summaries of large projects and their related risks, rewards, and costs.
- Understanding of all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Experience in researching systems issues and products.

- This position can be worked remotely within the United Kingdom.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
