Our goal is to produce 2 Rosette-level cuisine within a high-volume banqueting environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen during weddings and events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in your designated section
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining kitchen efficiency
  • Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards while meeting health & safety regulations
  • Managing and training junior kitchen staff when required
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring mise en place is ready for service
  • Assisting in the development of menus and new dishes to achieve 2 Rosette standards
  • Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Working efficiently during high-pressure weekend events and large-scale functions
  • Adhering to all food hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in events, banqueting, or fine dining
  • Experience working in a 2 Rosette or equivalent standard kitchen is highly desirable
  • A passion for food and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
  • The ability to work well under pressure, particularly during busy weekend weddings
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak wedding seasons
  • Culinary qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferred
