Key Responsibilities

Lead the Absolute Taste culinary team in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience

• Oversee food procurement, stock management, and supplier relationships
• Maintain high-quality food standards while managing kitchen costs efficiently
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative, seasonal menus
• Manage and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring seamless kitchen operations
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and health regulations

What We 're Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A passion for culinary excellence and innovation
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Experience in large-scale event catering
• Food Safety Level 3 certification
• Proficiency in CRMS and Microsoft Office tools (preferred)
