We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team on a maternity cover basis, with the potential for a permanent role. This position offers hands-on experience across digital marketing, brand, and internal communications, making it ideal for a highly organised, creative marketer eager to develop their skills in a professional services environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Content & Digital Marketing:
- Maintain and update the firm’s website by adding new content, making edits, and identifying and reporting any technical issues.
- Manage social media activity across LinkedIn and Instagram, including posting, monitoring engagement, and contributing fresh ideas to keep our channels engaging and on brand.
- Assist in the creation and regular updates of marketing collateral. Manage stock levels and oversee production, printing, and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, giveaways, event collateral) across offices.
- Design social media graphics and other branded visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
Internal Communications & Events
- Keep the Marketing Hub up to date, ensuring marketing resources and materials are current and easily accessible for internal teams.
- Manage updates to the firm’s internal news platform, working with content contributors to keep information relevant and engaging.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal events and staff engagement initiatives.
Marketing Support & Coordination:
- Create, format and support teams with PowerPoint presentations and branded documents.
- Manage the general marketing inbox, ensuring queries and requests are handled promptly.
- Work with HR to facilitate the onboarding process by providing onboarding kits, scheduling photography sessions, and updating new starter profiles on the website.
- Provide support to the Brand and Marketing Manager and Chief Culture Officer across key marketing initiatives, internal engagement activities, and day-to-day tasks as needed.
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with digital marketing, including content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic analytics.
- Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and liaise with external agencies as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
