We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR leader to join our C-Suite executive team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of our people strategy, ensuring that our human resources and office management functions support our business goals. As a member of the executive team, you will play a key role in shaping overall company strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and positioning the organisation as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and provide insights on organisational design, change management, and succession planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
C-Suite Collaboration and Executive Leadership
- Actively participate as a member of the C-Suite executive team, contributing to high-level business decisions and strategic planning.
- Provide strategic counsel on talent management and leadership development initiatives that support long-term business growth.
Employee Engagement and Culture Development
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a dynamic, high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the company.
- Ensure that our core values are integrated into all HR practices and contribute to a positive organisational culture.
Recruitment, Talent Management, and Onboarding
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent that drives innovation and business success.
- Lead onboarding and professional development programs to ensure employee success and retention.
- Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training initiatives to support continuous learning and growth.
Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with market standards and company objectives.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and motivating reward strategies.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to maintain the organisation’s competitive edge in talent management.
Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee the day-to-day management of office facilities, ensuring an environment that supports productivity and well-being.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-efficient service delivery for all office operations.
- Lead initiatives to optimise workspace, including supporting flexible and remote working arrangements.
Team Leadership and HR Department Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and Office Management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Manage the HR budget and resources to achieve departmental and organisational goals.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure HR strategies support broader business objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
- Additional relevant certifications in office management or related areas are a plus.
Experience:
- Proven senior-level experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience serving on an executive leadership team is essential.
Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with modern talent management, performance management, and organisational development strategies.

- Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach to HR.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
