About Our Client

Financial Services

Lead the underwriting, structuring, and execution of real estate debt investments, including origination, acquisition, refinancing, and restructuring

Underwrite and manage credit risk, using established credit rating methodologies.

Liaise and coordinate with legal and other advisors.

Financial Reporting & Due Diligence

Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyse cash flows, collateral values, and performance scenarios.

Coordinate and review third-party DD reports

Origination of new deals including identifying and sourcing high-quality real estate private credit opportunities

Supporting deal sourcing and structuring of new deals

Interfacing with operators, owners, and agents

The Successful Applicant

Experience within private credit and/or real estate debt finance

Strong knowledge and interest in real estate investment, fixed income and alternative structures

Experience analysing and modelling complex deals and financial structures including leverage.

Strong financial modelling skills in Excel

Solid presentation skills including experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations from scratch

Knowledge of property and UK property law preferred

Strong analytical skills
