About Good Tuesday:

Good Tuesday is a startup and certified BCorp. A female-led brand that creates stationery for people who want to organise in all areas of life, in style. From design-led annual calendars to diaries, weekly planners and notebooks, printed in England and created in a sustainably conscious and ethical way.

We take work seriously, but don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, talented and versatile Graphic Designer (digital design) to shape and elevate Good Tuesday’s visual storytelling across multiple platforms. From product packaging to digital campaigns, wholesale materials to social media content–your work will be seen far and wide, helping to bring the thoughtfully designed stationery and organisational tools to life.

This is a brand-new role, for a designer who loves the challenge of crafting cohesive, inspiring visuals across different touchpoints. You’ll work alongside Marketing, Product Design, and Wholesale to develop and execute on-brand, impactful creative assets that support growth across eCommerce, wholesale, and beyond.

We’re a fast-growing, global brand–so we’re looking for someone who can confidently think big while executing the small details beautifully. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that Good Tuesday’s aesthetic remains distinct, cohesive, and engaging across all platforms.

To note : This is not a Product Design role–you won’t be designing stationery, but rather all the creative assets that support our brand’s growth. This role is based at our Cornwall HQ and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

Your designs will be seen everywhere–from our website and sales platforms to trade show stands and packaging. You’ll ensure that every touchpoint of Good Tuesday is beautifully designed, easy to engage with, and instantly recognisable. You will bring creative ideas, fresh typography, visuals and trends to the table - driving business outcomes through design.

  • Digital & eCommerce - Create engaging homepage designs, landing pages, and product listing imagery. You’ll own the visual presence across all sales platforms , ensure everything is optimised beautifully and working toward business goals.
  • Social & Content Creation - Design eye-catching ads, social media posts, and other strong graphics. Plus, some video editing to create powerful storytelling in the Good Tuesday brand style.
  • Wholesale & Retail - Create catalogues, line sheets, trade show stands and POS materials. You’ll create visuals that help people connect with our products.
  • Packaging & Brand Assets - Design bellybands, shipping packaging, and inserts to enhance the unboxing experience. Keep our brand identity fresh and consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Marketing & PR - Develop strong visual assets for email campaigns, seasonal promotions, and PR features. You’ll curate and organise photography for marketing and external use.
  • Occasionally support the product design team when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Essential: 4+ years of experience in a (digital) Graphic Design role, ideally in eCommerce
  • You are passionate about storytelling through design - and can show this in your portfolio
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Some video editing experience (for social & website content)
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, branding, and marketing design content opportunities across email and social.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are comfortable using data insights --such as engagement metrics, A/B testing, and conversion rates–to refine and optimise your designs for impact.
  • You are a confident communicator and love working in a team.
  • An experienced self starter
  • Interest in the latest technologies - you are not scared of AI - and you are interested in ways to embrace it, in ethical ways

Please consider: This is not a product design role and we will only consider experience in a commercial graphic design role.

Culture

When you join our team, you will become an integral member of our community. We place equal value on every team member, fostering a culture centred around kindness and collaboration. Maintaining the smooth operation of our organisation is a collective effort. Everyone, no matter what position, is always ready to pitch in, even the owners help with packing orders when needed. We are looking for people who share this adaptable ‘can-do’ mindset and thrive in an environment where change is embraced.
