Purpose
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hornbill Product Manager to join our team and help us leverage the power of this innovative IT service management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. As an experienced Hornbill Product Manager / Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom workflows, integrations, and automations to streamline our IT operations and enhance user experience.

Essential:
You will have:
Considerable experience in developing and customising Hornbill workflows, forms, and automations
Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL (E)
Experience with API integrations and web services
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
