- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by sourcing their own leads / contacting referrals and setting appointments with potential customers. This position requires a confident, professional, and persuasive communicator who is comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Scheduling:
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging social media posts for multiple platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website.
- Work closely with the Operations team to align content with overall brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Create visually appealing images, graphics, and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other creative platforms.
Community Engagement :
- Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with online communities and influencers to enhance brand presence.
Campaign Support :
- Assist in implementing social media campaigns and initiatives in line with broader marketing goals.
- Track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise strategies based on performance data.
Content Calendar Management :
- Maintain and update a content calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging and key dates.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance (engagement, reach, click-through rates, etc.) using tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook Insights, or other platforms.
- Make data-driven recommendations for optimising future social media strategies.
Trend Monitoring :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, incorporating new strategies, technologies, and tools as needed.
- Suggest new ideas and tactics for content, campaigns, and social media engagement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience :
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role in social media marketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, best practices, and industry trends.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Familiarity with content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Communication Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging social media content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative Thinking :
- Ability to develop innovative and creative content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests.
Organisational Skills :
- Strong project management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
Personal Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and optimise campaigns.
- Passionate about social media and staying ahead of digital trends.
- A proactive and self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
