About You:
- You’ve got experience as a Sous Chef or senior Sous Chef.
- Greek and Mediterranean cuisine? You’re passionate about it.
- You love bringing creative ideas to the table (literally!).
- Kitchen and staff management? You’ve got it covered.
- Cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism are fundamental to your work ethic.
- You’re a natural leader who can inspire and motivate the team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
- Tackling any issues head-on and managing inventory like a boss.
- Ensuring we meet the highest sanitation and safety standards.
- Keeping the vibe positive and professional with staff and customers.
