We are looking for an Early Years Lead to be responsible for planning and supervising activities for preschool children, and a small staff team in the Long Eaton Area.

Our ideal candidate would be ;

• work well as a member of a team and are used to working within the policies and procedures expected within our environment;
• must provide high standards of care and education as a Qualified Nursery Nurse;
• can work flexibly to meet the needs of the children;
• must communicate effectively and professionally;
• have a working knowledge of the EYFS, planning and assessment systems and take an active role ensuring the Safeguarding and Health and Safety of all the children and staff you work with:
• The successful candidate should ideally be qualified to degree level in childcare/education or equivalent, with Early Years experience.
• A good knowledge of Early Learning goals, curriculum planning and EYFS is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.42-£14.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Hold a Level 3 in CACHE Diploma, NNEB, NVQ or Early Years workforce
• Happy to provide a copy of Childcare certificate to be checked by our training department.

• Diploma of Higher Education (required)

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
• Paediatric First Aid Certification (preferred)
