Key Responsibilities
People Operations
- Own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Support HR processes including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries
Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day running of our office, ensuring it’s a productive and welcoming environment.
- Manage office supplies and facilities, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Plan and execute company events, off-sites, and team-building activities.
- Support IT and operations with desk setups, tech troubleshooting, and equipment management.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2-5 years of experience in People Operations, Office Management, or a similar role within a fast-paced company.
- Is a proactive, hands-on approach with a ‘get-it-done’ attitude.
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you thrive on building strong relationships.
- Has experience with HR systems.
- Has a genuine passion for company culture and employee engagement.
