But to do that, we need a videographer/editor who truly gets social media content and can help us push the boundaries of engagement.

If you understand storytelling, fast-paced content creation, and the power of short-form content , keep reading. We’re not looking for someone who needs hand-holding, we need a self-starter who can hit the ground running, create viral content, and adapt on the fly.

What You 'll Be Doing

• Creating Scroll-Stopping Content - Plan, shoot, and edit high-energy, engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Whether it’s pack openings, behind-the-scenes content, or trend-driven challenges, your videos will make collectors stop scrolling.
• Mastering Storytelling - Hook viewers in the first 3 seconds and keep them engaged. If you know how to craft a narrative that gets people to watch till the end, we want you.
• Thinking on Your Feet - This role moves fast. Trends change daily, and we need someone who can adapt and switch gears instantly. If an opportunity pops up, you’re ready to capture and edit without hesitation.
• Pre-Planning & Problem-Solving - You don’t just show up and wing it. You plan shoots, anticipate challenges, and ensure smooth production.
• Managing Workflows - From organising footage to keeping projects on track, you’ll be responsible for maintaining an efficient content pipeline.
• Editing Like a Pro - Use Final Cut Pro X, CapCut, or similar tools to create slick, engaging content with smooth transitions, captions, and effects that maximize reach.
• Being Comfortable On & Off Camera - Whether you’re filming, directing, or jumping in front of the lens at a moment’s notice, you need to be confident in both roles.
• Owning the Content Game - You’re not just executing; you’re bringing fresh ideas to the table, leading shoots, and making sure every video hits the mark.
• Pushing Creative Boundaries - We’re not here to play it safe. We want bold, trend-setting content that gets people talking.

What You Bring

• 2+ Years of Experience - This is non-negotiable. You need to understand the fundamentals of making both short and long-form content without needing constant guidance.
• A Deep Understanding of Social Media Video - You know what works on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and can create content tailored for each.
• Strong Storytelling Skills - Every video you make should have a beginning, middle, and end that keeps viewers engaged.
• Fast-Paced & Adaptable - You can pivot quickly, meet tight deadlines, and stay ahead of trends.
• Tech-Savvy - Comfortable shooting on both DSLR and mobile , with solid editing skills in Final Cut Pro X, CapCut, or similar software.
• A Self-Starter Mentality - You take initiative, manage your workload, and don’t need babysitting.
• A Keen Eye for Detail - From framing shots to colour grading, your work should look polished and professional.
• Comfortable with Travel - Some projects may require working on-location.
