We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Trainee Videographer to join our team, supporting the production of high-quality visual content for our estate agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career, keen to develop their skills in photography, videography, and editing, while gaining hands-on experience in the property sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist with capturing video footage and photographs of properties, including both interiors and exteriors.
• Support the editing of video and photo content to create engaging visual presentations of properties.
• Work alongside the creative and sales teams to develop content ideas that showcase properties effectively and align with the agency’s brand.
• Help set up and maintain video and photography equipment.
• Contribute to the timely delivery of content to meet deadlines.
• Learn how to manage project timelines and communicate progress to the team.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in property marketing and visual content creation.
• Assist in producing promotional materials such as virtual tours, video walkthroughs, and agent interviews.

Skills & Qualities

• Basic knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, is desirable.
• An interest in developing skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is beneficial.
• A passion for photography and videography, particularly within property or real estate, would be an advantage.
• Interest in learning to operate drones for aerial footage (training may be provided).
• Strong attention to detail, with a creative eye for visual storytelling.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and interest in how video content is used online is a plus.

This role is ideal for a creative individual with a keen interest in property marketing, looking to build their skills and grow within a supportive team environment. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to develop technical and creative expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
