About Us

Ignite Events is expanding the Ignite Studios arm of our business , focusing on high-end video production, live streaming, and commercial content creation. With a significant investment in Canon 's cinematic and PTZ camera equipment, we are looking for a highly creative Videographer & Editor to join our growing team.

We are currently delivering projects across the UK, Europe, and the UAE , producing professional content for:
Marketing campaigns
Podcasts & talk shows
Live events & commercials

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled videographer who thrives in both studio and live event environments , has a keen eye for creative storytelling , and enjoys working on a variety of projects. You’ll be working from our HQ in Watford , on location, at client sites, and at live events across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

The Role

As our Videographer & Editor, you will:
Set up and operate Canon cinematic cameras and PTZ cameras for studio and live event productions
Film & edit high-quality video content for a variety of projects
Work closely with our marketing & production teams to create engaging commercial content
Work in varied environments - HQ, client locations, and live event venues
Travel across the UK, Europe, and the UAE as part of production teams
Work weekends regularly , with days off during the week
Handle on-site filming, lighting setup, and post-production editing

What We 're Looking For

Proven experience in videography & video editing (portfolio required)
Strong knowledge of cinematic cameras & PTZ camera operation and setup
Creative mindset with a strong eye for marketing & branding content
Ability to work independently & in fast-paced live environments
Valid UK driving licence & own transport (due to travel requirements)
Willingness to work weekends & travel internationally when needed

Essential Software Proficiency:

Adobe Premiere Pro - Professional video editing, multi-camera editing, colour correction
Adobe After Effects - Motion graphics, animation, and visual effects
Adobe Photoshop - Basic image editing, graphic design for video assets
Adobe Audition (or similar) - Audio editing and post-production
DaVinci Resolve (Preferred) - Colour grading and advanced post-production
OBS Studio / vMix / Wirecast (Preferred) - For live streaming applications
Final Cut Pro X (Optional) - Some clients may require this workflow

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

Experience working with Canon cameras & PTZ camera control software
Familiarity with video codecs, compression, and delivery formats
Knowledge of lighting setups and colour correction workflows
Understanding of live event production and multi-camera setups

Salary & Growth

Starting Salary: £25,000 per year PLUS commission for any business you secure
6 -12 month salary review based on performance
