We are looking for a commercially driven analyst to assess trends across both the Stellantis automotive Brands & Retailer Network, identifying key opportunities based on industry metrics. You will deliver clear financial analysis using Excel and PowerPoint, presenting actionable plans to drive growth and recovery. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate with partners and internal teams are essential.

Role Responsibilities

• Interface with Snap-On (or the Business Management services provider of Stellantis), & using their interpersonal skills to develop strong commercial relationships (both external & internal)
• Timely production of monthly Composite data, within framework of agreed parameters with Snap-On & wider Business Management Team
• Proactively Focuses on Brand issues to assist Brand MD’s to maximise Brand performances & opportunity
• Ability to use analytical programmes & deploy influencing skills to secure wider engagement, both Stellantis & Dealer Network partners
• Shares resources, knowledge ideas & skill set across the wider Stellantis organization thus building helpful & productive relationships with Accountants, Financial Controllers & Dealer Partner Directors

Person Requirements:

• Autonomy over own time & ability to work on own initiative, building both simple & communicative presentations & models without continual intervention
• Strong xls. knowledge, extending from functionality to how all relevant data-sets can best be presented
• Ability to work to pre-determined timeframes & simplify complex problems, processes projects into their component parts explore and evaluate them systematically
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of people & different Departments. Works co-operatively with others to be part of a team, as opposed to working separately or competitively
• Solid knowledge of ppt. application, focusing on ability to devise salient, concise presentations, not lengthy image imbedded variants
• Previous experience of financial measurements & analysis, whilst accountancy qualifications remain a clear benefit they are not essential
• Ability to listen, not over complicate issues whilst focusing on the task in scope
• Works efficiently well under timeframes, whilst communicating realistically what is deliverable
