We are now recruiting for an important position based in Market Harborough- We are seeking an experienced full time property manager to join our award winning team and help this department fulfil its amazing potential.

Essential qualities-

•A great time manager is needed - who can organise their day and manage their time effectively to get ‘those 101’ things done!

•Understanding the needs of our tenants, taking care of our landlords assets , and above all displaying professionalism, integrity, and endeavour are essential qualities that we seek.

• Expert communication, organisation, and conciliation.

Main Role and Responsibilities - experience required as follows

• Over seeing and resolution of property maintenance issues
• Understanding and delivering Tenant Care policy
• Letting Properties
• Generating Landlord Referrals (social media etc)
• Conducting Inventories
• Property Inspections
• Contracts/referrals/references
• Overseeing government legislation, eg Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safety certificates - imminent changes with the impending Renters Rights reform.

Car owner essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
