This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey!
We’re looking for an ESG Coordinator to join our team to develop and oversee environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures.
This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arranging internal factory audits for our new and existing supplier portfolio, managing compliance around ISO standards.
- Develop and execute the company’s sustainability and ESG strategy.
- Monitor and report on environmental sustainability performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Taking ownership of reporting data to compliance schemes and identify any gaps to improve our WEEE, waste/packaging and plastic management.
- Conduct thorough analysis and review of ESG data to identify emerging trends and potential risks.
You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
- Experience working in the ESG or sustainability field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for data processing.
- Ability to learn and grasp the changing nature of legislation in the ESG space.
- Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal format.
