The Go-Together EdTech Accelerator:
Go-Together is a 24-week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering 4 weeks of diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of acceleration. Each startup will receive personalised coaching from experienced coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive.
Role and Responsibilities
- Go-Together accelerator programme cohort management, operation and reporting
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the accelerator programme
- Manage the programme’s operational processes, including diagnosis, key objective setting and acceleration (1:1 coaching)
- Deliver excellent accelerator experience to founders, coaches, partners and all stakeholders
- Measure and track the progress of startups, ensuring achievement of programme key objectives
- Work closely with startups to understand their needs and provide tailored support, or to match with appropriate coaches and experts
- Organise and manage Coach & Founder interactions, ensuring a high level of engagement and value for both parties
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, expert’ sessions and networking
- Identify challenges faced by startups and proactively offer solutions or connect them with appropriate resources
Regularly assess the performance and growth of startups, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus) is desirable
- Proven experience in startup ecosystems, venture capital, managing or supporting accelerator programmes, incubators, or early-stage ventures
- Strong understanding of startup challenges, fundraising processes, business operations, and scaling strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders (startups, investors, mentors, etc.)
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with startups in a hands-on role
- Familiarity with startup tools, pitch decks, financial modelling, and fundraising platforms

- Pro rata salary of between £55,000 to £70,000 DOE
