For --the Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

  • Manage a portfolio of Tier 2 accounts, ensuring high retention, growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop strong, trust based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify new opportunities
  • Handle day to day customer needs and queries, ensuring timely resolution

Retention & Growth

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for incremental sales within existing accounts
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions
  • Develop tailored account plans to drive customer retention and achieve revenue growth targets

New Business Growth

  • Identify, research and target new business opportunities within our target markets and ideal customer profile
  • Generate and qualify inbound leads and referrals, general networking and industry events
  • Manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring consultative approach

Service Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Work closely with operations and technical teams to address and resolve service issues promptly

For --the Person

  • Experience in an account manager or similar client facing role within the building services industry.
  • Ability to work and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long term relationships
  • Experience working in a sales or service-driven environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proficiency in CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
