For --the Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of Tier 2 accounts, ensuring high retention, growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop strong, trust based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify new opportunities
- Handle day to day customer needs and queries, ensuring timely resolution
Retention & Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities for incremental sales within existing accounts
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansions
- Develop tailored account plans to drive customer retention and achieve revenue growth targets
New Business Growth
- Identify, research and target new business opportunities within our target markets and ideal customer profile
- Generate and qualify inbound leads and referrals, general networking and industry events
- Manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring consultative approach
Service Delivery Oversight
- Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to address and resolve service issues promptly
For --the Person
- Experience in an account manager or similar client facing role within the building services industry.
- Ability to work and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long term relationships
- Experience working in a sales or service-driven environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Proficiency in CRM software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
