French-Speaking Customer Services Support - PHL Group
Reporting to : Client Relations Manager
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
At The PHL Group, we foster a strong entrepreneurial culture that encourages role development, creative problem-solving, and a strong work ethic. We aim to simplify life for our clients by focusing on what truly matters, solving real-world problems, and treating both our clients and each other with the same respect we wish to receive.
We operate in small, autonomous teams driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service. We place greater value on achievements rather than qualifications, and we assess ideas based on their merit, not the status of the individual proposing them.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our E-Commerce team and help drive our continued success.
What we 're asking you to do:
- Become an integral part of our Contact Centre, handling calls from a diverse range of customers and managing inquiries, orders, and complaints in both French and English.
- Take ownership of several E-Commerce accounts, overseeing the administration, management, and customer coordination for each.
- Communicate directly with clients via phone and email daily, addressing all customer service issues.
- Process online payments.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for clients as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to support the business strategy.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety protocols and report any concerns.
- Follow the Company’s Quality Management System at all times.
- Manage monthly invoicing, timesheets, and profit & loss reports for your accounts.
- Meet individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Undertake any other duties related to the role.
What we think you 'll need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Fluent in both spoken and written French.
- A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- A methodical approach to problem-solving.
