For --the Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio pf Tier 1 accounts, ensuring high retention, growth and customer satisfaction
- Engage with C-Suite and Senior decision makers to align services with customer business needs
- Develop strong, trust based relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify new opportunities
Retention & Growth
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services, leading negotiations on high-value contracts and services expansions
- Ability to bring existing clients and relationships into the business overtime
- Develop tailored account strategies and plans, driving revenue growth beyond standard contract renewals
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansions
- Develop and implement a dynamic sales strategy that not only meets but exceeds our growth aspirations, aiming for a 15% year on year increase
New Business Growth
- Identify, research and target new business opportunities within our target markets and ideal customer profile
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking and industry events as necessary
- Manage a full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a consultative approach
- Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline and forecasts using CRM
Service Delivery Oversight
- Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding all client expectations
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to address and resolve service issues promptly
For --the Person
- Proven experience in Senior Account Manager /Director or similar client facing role within building services industry.
- Understanding of PPM, Project/lifecycle and reactive services
- Understanding of facilities management with keen awareness of industry trends and challenges
- Demonstrate track record of achieving client retention, revenue growth targets and influencing senior customer stakeholders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including contract negotiation
- Lead by example in problem solving, decision making and promoting a strong team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £90,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
