Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their marketing agency.
The role is initially a 12 month Maternity cover contract, with the scope to develop in to a permanent position.
As a Digital Account Manager , your primary focus will be re-engaging with previous clients, identifying their needs, and presenting solutions to help them maximize their digital presence. You will play a key role in generating new business from the existing client base by fostering relationships and promoting digital marketing services.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to sales and account management.
The Day-to-Day
- Proactively reach out to dormant existing clients to re-establish relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital services such as website updates, SEO, and PPC.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our digital marketing solutions and provide tailored recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of returning clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the team on trends and client needs.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to revenue growth through account expansion.
What is Needed?
- Previous experience in Digital Account Management, Sales, or Client Relationship Management within a marketing or digital agency.
- A strong understanding of websites, SEO, and PPC.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a consultative sales approach.
- A proactive and target-driven mindset with a focus on client success.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach initiatives.
- Confidence in presenting digital solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
