Role Description

This is a brand new part-time remote role based in UK. The Reservations Consultant will be responsible for consulting on temporary housing solutions for our business lodging, relocation and insurance clients, managing client communications and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the housing or relocation industry is a plus
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work accurately at speed
• Ability to prioritise work to ensure smooth service delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and our vendors
• Respond to incoming requests and leads
• Responsible for handling incoming calls to company standard
• Placing clients in accommodation
• Liaising with accommodation providers to ensure reservation accuracy
• Timely and accurate data entry.
• Return emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
• Respond and follow up on any questions regarding billing and invoicing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12,000.00-£14,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 per week

• Weekends only
