What We 're Looking For

We’re looking for a creative, strategic Marketing Manager with excellent communication skills and drive to lead and execute high-converting social media strategies for wedding venues. You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside a supportive team, responsible for content creation, engagement, and analytics, all while keeping up with trends and fresh ideas. This is a full-time, remote role with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Instagram and Facebook.
• Create and schedule eye-catching posts with engaging captions.
• Build and engage with the community through comments/messages.
• Work with the team to align social media and email marketing strategies.
• Analyse performance and optimise based on data insights.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing social media for brands (preferably weddings or hospitality).
• Strong content creation skills (Canva and other systems).
• Excellent writing and engagement skills.
• Great communication skills and the drive to succeed.
• Understanding of growth strategies, trends, and analytics.
