We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, detail-oriented marketing all-rounder to support their small but ambitious team and grow their business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys getting hands-on with execution, and is eager to make a tangible impact on performance. You’ll work across CRM, email marketing, PR, content, and activations, ensuring smooth execution and continuous optimization.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a purpose led fashion brand, where you’ll play a key role in customer engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
What you’ll do…
- CRM & Email Marketing - Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty, managing email marketing via Klaviyo and expanding into new channels like SMS.
- Campaign Optimisation - Lead a “test and learn” strategy to enhance customer engagement, conversion, and automated email flows, reporting quarterly on performance.
- Data & Performance Analysis - Track key KPIs, analyse trends, and manage customer reviews to drive growth and retention.
- PR & Brand Activations - Support PR agency coordination, brand partnerships, in-store events, and campaign activations to strengthen awareness and customer relationships.
- Content & Copywriting - Assist with writing for emails, homepage updates, and digital platforms, as well as briefing and coordinating blog, site, video, and social content.
- Social Media Management - Support social media posting, community engagement, and content planning.
- Digital & Marketplace Management - Oversee marketplaces (Amazon, Debenhams, etc.), manage storefront updates, collaborate with marketing teams, and optimise ad spend.
- E-commerce & Shopify Support - Assist in managing Shopify, ensuring marketing efforts align with overall e-commerce goals.
Who you are…
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Klaviyo expertise is essential - must be confident in end-to-end email and CRM execution, including briefing, building, and optimizing campaigns.
- Highly analytical - able to measure performance across the entire marketing ecosystem, track key KPIs, and improve reporting (including developing a better weekly dashboard).
- Growth-focused mindset - eager to test, learn, and refine contact strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Strong execution skills - takes ownership of campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery from strategy to activation.
- Attention to detail - ensures accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness across all marketing outputs.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment - able to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
- Experience with Shopify, GA4, and Klaviyo - hands-on ability to manage and optimize these platforms.
- Marketing attribution knowledge is a plus - experience analyzing performance across channels to inform strategy.
- Some experience in copywriting and social media is desirable , with an understanding of content creation and engagement strategies.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Logistics: South Wimbledon office, WFH one day a week
