To assist the Finance Director in processing monthly management accounts for Door Maintenance Group of Companies

Posting receipts onto Sales Ledger and update Debtors lists on a weekly basis

Chasing Debtors by e mail/phone

Bank Reconciliations for 10 Companies to be updated weekly

BACS and cheque runs (weekly and monthly)

Prepare and input weekly wages onto SAGE 50 for 45 employees for 2 Companies in the Group.

Checking correct Nominal codes are being used on Sales and Purchase Ledgers.

Skills/Qualification :
Accountancy Knowledge / Typing / Excel / Word
Knowledge of Sage Accounts and Payroll software
Knowledge of Merlin Software preferred but training will be made available

Need to have own car as not on a public transport route

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
