The Role:
Aderans are seeking an exceptional Customer Service and Wholesale Manager who has drive and passion in abundance. You will effectively manage the Customer Service Sales Team to achieve wholesale targets through implementing detailed strategies and reacting instinctively to fluctuations in sales performance.
A professional role model in every sense, you will report directly to Senior Management on all aspects of wholesale performance; relevant client feedback on products and service trends, promoting ideas for improvements as necessary.
Additionally, you will represent the Company through visiting our trade customers upholding these key relationships, increasing revenue by educating them on our products and services. Travel and representation is a vital aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities - 80%
- Driving B2B sales performance through implementing effective sales strategies
- Management of Sales Orders and email workflow for all areas such as Trade, Web, Mail Order, Info, as well as call volumes and all inbound and outbound communication channels
- Monitoring of customer service trends, product and service feedback, collating and delivering this in high level strategy meetings for improved business impact
- Build strong cross departmental relationships aligning sales strategies with the marketing calendar for maximum ROI
- Client Account Management; monitoring customer spend and trends, regularly reviewing underspending accounts using this analysis to increase spend
- Effective complaints resolution, maintaining a detailed log, reporting trends & customer feedback to relevant departments
- Dynamic leadership, setting clear performance goals with effective monitoring, motivating and coaching to create a highly functioning sales team
- Line management of staff including induction and ongoing training, 1:1s and appraisals ensuring staff are consistently updated with sales performance vs target and business strategies
Additional Responsibilities - 20%
- Field visits to our trade customers, strengthening these key relationships, promoting and educating them on all products and services.
- Collaborating with Customer Account Managers in identifying new opportunities for sales growth by sourcing new client accounts
- Taking pride in attending industry events, being the face of the brand at trade shows and promotional events
Skills
- A strategy based Manager with business acumen, who is inherently results driven
- People management expertise; strong leadership and performance management experience
- A role model who delivers customer service excellence every time
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years Management experience in a fast paced sales environment
- Clear history of effective leadership and people management
- Full clean driving license
- Clear DBS certificate dated within the last 3 years
