• Kitchen Porter ‘The Vault Nightclub’ - Bournemouth

’ The Vault Nightclub’ is based in the Centre of Bournemouth set inside an old, refurbished bank vault with 3 unique function rooms on different levels, drawing in customers from a wide are.

The venue for late night evening entertainment with weekly Head Liners/ In House Events and Private Room Hire facilities, for any occasion.

Job Specifications:

Staff are expected to work weekends, plus during peak trading such as bank holidays.

Job Entails:

• Collect all glasses.
• Wash glasses and put back in their correct places on the bar.
• Glass washer drained and cleaned properly.
• Assisting bar staff according to your role when necessary.
• Toilet maintenance/ monitoring, ensuring all toilets are stocked and areas are clean.
• Clean/wipe down Ice machine, side surfaces and any other work areas in the kitchen, including the sink.
• Any rubbish, cardboard and bins removed to the back area at the end of the evening.
• Kitchen area swept thoroughly and mopped with floor cleaner at the end of the evening, applying the wet floor signs when necessary.
• Ensuring the general aesthetic of the venue/work area is kept to a high standard.
• Liaising with the Club Manager and Bar Supervisor ensuring the club is always running efficiently.

We operate from 10pm - 4am on Fridays and Saturdays. More hours are available weekdays as and when. Starting date ASAP. Experience desired.
