Hog & Hedge, an exciting new concept serving fresh, homemade food and barista coffee, are looking for a Chef or Experienced Kitchen Assistant join our team.

We serve quality, healthy fresh food and drink in a clean, safe and homely environment, where our guests can expect first rate facilities and first class service. Our food is carefully sourced from local suppliers and is freshly made on site every day, and our hand roasted speciality coffee is lovingly prepared by fully trained baristas.

We offer a range of freshly prepared food, such as traditional breakfasts and informal, quick and smaller lunches, such as sandwiches, salads, traditional meals ,seasonal soups, all made on site every day.

You will be assisting the kitchen manager.

The job role includes preparing, cooking & serving food to order and ensuring that the kitchen cleanliness is always at a very high standard.

The successful candidate will ideally have the Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, or equivalent cooking experience, although training is offered if necessary.
