We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our SEO strategy, manage a high-performing marketing team, and drive data-driven growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing , you will oversee a team of four, ensuring best practices in SEO, content marketing, and digital strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, optimizing organic search rankings, and implementing strategies that enhance visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Marketing Manager (B2C E-Commerce).
What are VioVet looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to lead content strategy, with strong writing and editorial skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and developing marketing teams.
Some of the key responsibilities and duties need you to be:
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Contribute to the development and execution of data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Oversee team performance, ensure targets are met, and provide support in identifying and resolving challenges.
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels, including influencer marketing, ATL (Above The Line), and marketplaces.
SEO & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute content marketing initiatives to improve organic rankings, strengthen brand positioning, and increase organic search traffic.
- Ensure best practices in SEO are implemented across content, technical, and on-page elements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize website performance for SEO and ensure timely completion of critical technical tasks.
Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct market research to analyse consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Recommend and leverage rank monitoring tools to track organic search performance and drive measurable improvements.
- Utilize first-party data, Google Analytics, and CRM insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
The important bit:
- Salary dependent on experience £30 - £40K
- 37.5 hours per week
- Permanent contract
- Hours: Monday - Friday
- Hybrid working pattern after a settling in period
