Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our product management team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
  • Plan, execute, and manage software development projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, optimizing the use of talent and skills.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage changes effectively.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the product management team and clients providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement areas and implement lessons learned.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry, managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing project requirements.
  • Scrum certification or equivalent is a plus.
