We are on the lookout for a Quality & Practice Manager to take the reins of our highly skilled, multidisciplinary team and lead innovation and excellence in mental health care.

As a Quality & Practice Manager, you’ll have the chance to lead this dynamic group in delivering life-changing services that support individuals with complex mental health needs, personality disorders, substance misuse, and forensic mental health histories.

Your Role
As Quality & Practice Manager, you’ll:
- Develop and implement innovative quality improvement initiatives that align with Lifeways’ mission.
- Play a key role in building relationships with external partners to drive referrals and improve patient outcomes.
- Champion a recovery model and support your team with training, coaching, and mentoring to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Oversee referral and assessment systems , ensuring that all practices are rooted in quality standards and best practices.
What You 'll Need to Succeed
- A strong background in mental health - with experience in services supporting people with complex mental health needs, personality disorders, and co-morbid issues.
- Proven leadership skills - You know how to inspire and lead a team, manage resources effectively, and drive results.
- A relevant qualification in health/social care (e.g., RMN, DipSW, OT, or equivalent).
- A deep understanding of mental health legislation and best practice in supporting recovery.
- The ability to manage a large, dispersed team and coordinate complex workflows with ease.
- Experience in building relationships with external stakeholders and clinicians to improve service delivery.
