Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience in senior audit roles within UK practice
• Have a proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality audit services
• Possess strong technical knowledge of audit regulations and standards
• Be commercially astute and capable of identifying growth opportunities

Role and Responsibilities:

• Effectively managing, motivating, mentoring and developing a team of qualified, part-qualified and trainees, providing input and recommendations into recruitment/staffing levels.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients with a turnover range of £1m to £100m.
• Being involved in internal compliance procedures (e.g., quality control reviews, money laundering procedures.
• Working with the Partners to develop the team through mentoring, coaching and guidance.
• Creating strong relationships across the client portfolio, becoming the trusted adviser on all technical and commercial issues.
