We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the company to grow our marketing initiatives. Based in our Belfast office, you will report to the Marketing Manager and use your creativity and marketing expertise to design impactful internal and external campaigns and manage events that achieve business goals.

This is a maternity cover role available for up to 12 months.

What you 'll be doing:

• Plan, create, and launch exciting marketing campaigns for our key products
• Analyze campaign results and optimize strategies
• Organize and manage events
• Develop creative content for both digital and offline channels, staying aligned with our brand’s message and product focus.
• Take the lead on all digital marketing initiatives
• Work closely with our distributor network, providing the tools and support they need to boost sales and expand opportunities.
• Manage and maintain our product toolkit
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to support business growth
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required

What we are looking for:

• GCSE English, Maths and Science or equivalent
• 3rd level or equivalent in business / marketing related subject with 2 years marketing experience OR;
• 5+ years marketing experience
• Experience in developing and implementing campaigns and monitoring ROI
• Experience in marketing in local and international markets desirable
• Experience in developing content for internal and external audiences
• Event management experience
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels as a team player
• Ability to work both within a team and unsupervised
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
• Good ICT skills and proficient in MS packages. Experience of Adobe creative suite is advantageous.
• Has an agile approach to the role requirements and open to new challenges
• Knowledge or awareness of agri-feed working environment (desirable)
• Prepared to travel when necessary
• Full driving licence and access to a car
• Right to work in the UK
