The Role:

The Account Executive will sit within our newly created referral team, which is a key part of our sales function and is in charge of closing warm leads referred by partnership businesses. We’re seeking someone to conduct outreach and drive deals through the sales funnel, owning and closing business. We love competitive, high-energy individuals who never back down from a challenge!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage prospects that have been referred through partners throughout the sales process from demo to closing.
  • Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicating Blink’s value ad
  • Working with the broader team to smoothly transition customers through the sales funnel and activate them
  • Becoming a product expert on Blink, it’s market positioning, and the solutions it offers, backed up by relevant, compelling case studies
  • Strategically positioning Blink’s value proposition to potential merchants.
  • Aligning yourself with product teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive new business opportunities and encourage the adoption of new channels

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Senior SDR
  • 1+ years in the payments industry
  • Process-driven
  • To have an impressive track record of meeting and exceeding quotas on a consistent basis
  • Strong presentation and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives
  • A go-getter, problem solver and deal-closer attitude with a positive, creative and innovative mindset
